30-Day Guarantee
We want Kneeox to work for your knee. If you're not happy with your purchase for any reason, you can return it within 30 days of delivery, even if you've worn it.
How to start a return
- Email us at roliandcosoporte@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for your return.
- We'll reply within 2 business days with the return instructions and the return address.
- Please don't send items back without contacting us first. Packages sent without a return authorization may not be processed.
Return shipping
Return shipping is on us. Once we approve your return, we'll either send you a prepaid shipping label or refund the return shipping cost you paid, as long as you keep the receipt and use the method we indicate.
Exchanges
Wrong size or wrong leg? Contact us and we'll help you swap it for the right one at no extra cost, subject to availability.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll email you to confirm. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or card provider, it may take 5–10 business days for the money to appear in your account.
Bundles and discounts
If you return part of a discounted bundle, your refund will be based on the discounted price you actually paid for each item.
Damaged or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund.
