These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of this website and any purchase made from Kneeox, operated by Roli&co ("we", "us", "our"). By using our site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

1. Products
We make every effort to display our products, colors and sizes accurately. Actual colors may vary slightly depending on your screen. Please use our size guide before ordering.

2. Not medical advice
Kneeox is a support brace for everyday activity and sport. It is not a medical device and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease or injury. If you have an injury, ongoing pain or a medical condition, consult a qualified health professional before use. Stop using the product if you experience discomfort, numbness or skin irritation.

3. Pricing and payment
All prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout. We reserve the right to change prices at any time. If a product is listed at an incorrect price due to an error, we may cancel the order and refund any amount paid. Payments are processed securely by our payment providers. We do not store your full card details.

4. Orders
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, for example in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors or stock issues. If we cancel an order you've paid for, you'll receive a full refund.

5. Shipping and returns
Shipping is covered by our Shipping Policy, and returns and refunds by our Refund Policy. Both are part of these Terms.

6. Discounts and promotions
Bundle discounts and promotions are applied automatically at checkout and may change or end at any time. Promotions cannot be combined unless stated otherwise.

7. Intellectual property
All content on this site, including text, images, logos and design, belongs to Roli&co or its licensors and may not be used without our written permission.

8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Roli&co is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our total liability for any claim related to a purchase will not exceed the amount you paid for that order.

9. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version posted on this page at the time of your purchase applies to that order.

10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Mexico. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you may have under the consumer protection laws of your country of residence.
